Question Some Executables fail to run - Onyx on 2008R2

Has anyone seen this type of error message, has just occurred in the last week after a possible failed update but am unable to repair/reinstall due to EXE or code corruption:

Some commands work, some return the above. Cant log into plesk web interface or do a "plesk login" but a repatch command works (but does not fix the issue).
