Do you installed a third Party App? My Problem was the Veeam Backup Tool

I don't believe so. I think it may have happened during one of the Plesk updates

Could you please confirm what happens when you run apt-get update? Also, if possible please share the latest entries in:

/var/log/plesk/systemupdatestool.log
/var/log/plesk/install/autoinstaller3.log
