Resolved Some software I need to install only runs on Apache, nginx not supported.

The software is called Sendy. When I initially uploaded and configured it, I coudn't figure out why the installation page was blank (the default plesk page). It turns out that the software only runs on Apache and nginx is not supported.

Is there a way for me to force Apache on just this one subdomain? Any advice is most welcome!

Try to enable nginx in transparent mode for this subscription:

# plesk bin subscription -u domain.com -nginx-transparent-mode true

Thank you for the suggestion, Igor! Unfortunately, it didn't work. Oh, well.

In the end, I may just set up a new server.

It turns out that the software only runs on Apache and nginx is not supported.

If you mean the newsletter thing, consider to use one of the suggested resolutions and adapt it to your "Additional nginx directives" for your (sub)domain, or/and use the free Plesk - extension "htaccess to nginx" - converter.
