Spam Assasin not installed

Hey Guys I have a weird issues with spam assasin.Spam assasin is not showing in my CP but when I go to add or remove programs and click on change its installed..So I reinstalled just the spam assasin component,but its still not appearing in the CP.Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
