Spam Assassin Not viewable

This might seem like a stupid question, but what is the Spam Assassin Server wide settings? There use to be an icon and there you could add black/white lists. It no longer exists. Any body have some inside?

Location changed to -> Server -> Mail -> Spam Filtering.

The options are all there now.
