spam filter button disabled

i have plesk with spam assassin running along with smarter mail 4.1

i have just found on thing that none of my domain have facilty of spam filter eidition as its button shows disabled.

my plesk license key shows
Ability to use Spam Filter On
my client is enabled to use spam filter facility under my all domain having perfect domain admin permission to allow user spam filtering.
even my mail users under that domain allowed to use
controlpanel login
antivirus administration
spam filter administration enabled ticked.

but no one can able to use that as button is disabled.

also mailing list feature is also disabled and even so far i have not found any button that says mailing list.

please help me.
 
Make sure that "Allow personal settings" check box is selected on the Server -> Mail -> Spam Filtering tab.

Also, make sure that your customers have the "Spam filter management" permission.

All that is setup is my control panel (I also have the 'Use server wide settings' checked in Server -> Mail -> Spam Filtering tab), however my customers still cannot access the spam filter setting as the OP pointed out.
