Hi I have a general question if this is checked by default, Switch on server-wide SpamAssassin spam filtering, will all existing mailboxes have the setting applied?

And will the emails be deleted or moved to the spam folder?
As far as I understand it, this is possible by default, i.e. without extension, only via shell.

Will this be turned on for all domains and mailboxes?
