Hello, this has been posted a few times in the forum, but never resolved. The issue is killing our productivity, as we use quite a bit of legacy mail aliases.
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
Plesk 10.2, Linux, x86
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Spam mail for email aliases is not moved to Spam folder by the Plesk rule. Reproduction is simple: create mail alias, send GTUBE test mail to alias. Spam will arrive in inbox.
ACTUAL RESULT
Spam remains in inbox. Logs show following problem:
EXPECTED RESULT
Spam should be automatically moved to Spam folder.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Aliases existed before upgrade to Plesk 10.
