Issue Spamassasin refuses to run in plesk admin panel

Hi,

We are having some issues with our plesk panel setup. SpamAssasin is supposed to be running. I am on ubuntu 18

$ ps aux | grep spam

it gives the output

BUT in "Tools & Services" it appears as not running. Also I tried many times to start it in Tools & Services but it stays inactive there..
This generates the added problem of spamassasin being unconfigurable in the admin panel.


I updates to latest plesk and already treis doing the repair but nothing seems to work.. Any tips ?
