The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

According to upcoming Plesk 12.1 Release Notes http://download1.parallels.com/Ples....1-for-linux-installation-upgrade-info.html#5 only 3.3 version is supported now.
Yeah, it is interesting. All the repos I use are on 3.3.x -- none have gone to 3.4. I have started to think that maybe there's some sort of problem with 3.4 that has put people off upgrading or something.
