Spamassassin - again

Hey there all ... I'm in a cold med induced fog and can't figure out what I have done to break my install. Well, only Spamassassin on my install is broken.

I just ran the auto-installer for some updates (it told me to) and now I get this when trying to start spamassassin

Unable to make action: Unable to manage service by spamd: Can't execute spammng --start
System error 2: No such file or directory

Anyone have a clue to point me in the right direction here? All help is appreciated.
