I am using a VPS at RackForce. Recently migrated to a new server (CentOS) with Plesk 8.2.0 power pack in order to get spamassassin support.
Question: Are "network tests" enabled by default?
I have SA enabled on one of my client's email accounts. It was working okay for a while, then one day he suddenly got a huge spike of porno spam. I investigated and found: a) network tests seemed to not be done for these spams, b) bayes seemed to be mistrained allowing these spams through. HOWEVER, I did not mistrain the bayes.
I have reset SA back to its initial state for this user and will monitor it again.
Question: It appears that Plesk does not set up a "starter" bayes database. Is this recommended? If so, where do I get a good one?
thanks,
JC
