spamassassin going down

2-3 times a day, I get an email message from watchdog to say spamassasin is down, then a couple of minutes after, spamassasin has been started.

I was wondering if someone could tell me why this is happening? or give me a clue where to look for the problem.

It started a few weeks ago. Possibly after the recent plesk update.

You can check /var/log/message to detect exact cause why SpamAssassin was down.

Hi,

I would get the details from monit.log file /usr/local/psa/var/modules/watchdog/log/monit.log
and check spamassassin config section in watchdog config file
/usr/local/psa/etc/modules/watchdog/monitrc

try to start and stop spamassassin with the commands in /usr/local/psa/etc/modules/watchdog/monitrc

Also check maillog file probably you will see some more details

I'm having same problems here.... Few time a day Spamassin is reported as stopped, few minutes later started again. Here's piece of logfile:
