SpamAssassin is enabled server-wide and on all mailboxes. I've been manually moving spam emails to the Junk email folders in Outlook (IMAP) and Horde Webmail. The amount of spam coming through has been significantly reduced, but there's another problem:
The spam statistics show that SA is "not checking" a ton of emails for whatever reason - I've disabled the option to skip large emails. Here's last month's statistics:
What can I do to make SA check all emails, not only half of them?
