Speed issues after upgrading to 9.5.2

Hello there,

I'm hoping somebody can help me, I've tried everything, and so has my dedicated server provider and we have got nowhere.

I recently upgraded to Plesk 9.5.2. All went okay (apart from a licencing issue, which was quickly resolved).

Since the upgrade, sites on our server have been processing incredibly slowly. This was not happening before our upgrade.

I've checked as much as I am capable of checking with my reasonable knowledge of web servers and linux, and I can't fathom out any reason for the slowness.

In my quest to figure out what it could be, I put some code at the start and end of my php document that drives our website to time how long it takes to generate a page, and got an interesting result.

The pages are all being generated in less than 2 seconds. However, the total page load time is taking anywhere from 15 - 20 seconds. So take the 2 seconds, and getting 13 - 18 seconds of Apache going nuts for some reason, I assume.

Our httpd.conf file hasn't changed (I checked a previous version against our current version).

Is there anything that could be causing this issue since our upgrade?

Thanks.

If you talk about sites on Plesk server - all httpd log files should be investigated first. httpd processes, mysql operation. It is difficult to say what is wrong on your server without investigation directly on your server. Therefore I suggest you contact support team if you can't find a reason by yourself.
