Speedkit isnt working, its somehow being blocked. I've contacted the extension software provider, but they couldn't find a way to solve the issue, so I requested a refund, they said I should ask Plesk for a refund, but apparently its impossible to contact/submit a ticket for a refund, because when I put the extension licence, Plesk tells me to contact the software provider.
I've seen that people have had this problem before, does anyone have a solution?
