Issue SQL Express Database reached 10GB

Hello,

We have one of our database (SQL Express 2014) reached 10.4 GB we need to check how this action done as we limit Database resources to 300MB.

Also how to know which table or file in this database which made it grows and reached this large size then which the proper action to fix this issue (e.g. shrink).
