SSI Support

I did a search on this subject and still can't figure it out.

I edited my domain template to allow SSI support with .htm and .html extensions enabled. When i goto create a domain using that template it says Component SSI support was not installed. How do i install it so that this works?

I am running Plesk on a windows 2003 server.

Please help
