  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue SSL Certificate CSR Missing

Infinite Cables

New Pleskian
Hello,

We have two websites, one that is currently working properly (with all SSL information present) and one that has issues processing orders (missing CSR). I've checked the logs in Plesk and this was the error associated with the orders:
"Apache SSL/TLS access" so we narrowed it down to this.

We have had our SSL certificates for quite some time and they won't expire until next year. We also upgraded to Plesk 17.8.11.
Our SSL certificate was unintentionally moved elsewhere in Plesk and we got the cloud host to move it back under our domain. However we checked our SSL settings in Plesk, and everything is there except the CSR says "The component is missing."
Is there any solution to this?

Thank you

Once the certificate has been issued the CSR doesn't really do anything, so the fact that it's missing is of no importance. If it's been moved and only the certificate, intermediate certificate and private key are present it'll work just fine.
