Question SSL-Certificate for Domain

KlausZ

Basic Pleskian
Hello,
i have a linux-server with plesk onyx. There are many domains for customers.
The mail-domain is mail.customer.de. Is it possible to send with a certificate only for this customer. I found only Certificate-Settings for the whole server, not for the customers.
Or should everybody take the mail: mail.server.de?

Thanks, Klaus

If you upgrade Onyx to Obsidian, you can use individual mail domains per account and domain. The same is not possible with Onyx.

It is not possible to predict. Generally: Yes. But there is always some issues here and there that need manual tweaks and individual attention. There will be downtime, yes, but normally al issues can be solved. If you are unsure, you could book "professional service" from Plesk, so that they will do the upgrade for you. It will be around 150 € plus taxes I suppose, but that way you can be sure that all issues will be solved during the upgrade process by Plesk and your downtime is minimal.
