SSL Certificate Issue

New Pleskian
I just bought an SSL certificate, added a new cert to the Plesk Panel, got the reply back but cannot update the certificate....

All I get is Unable to set the certificate: Invalid certificate format.

I gave them the CSR and said it was an IIS Server, but if I browse to the file I got back using Certificate, I get that error....

Any ideas??
