SSL certificate

Hi there,

we have at our disposal a virtual server with a shared ip. we have plesk 10.2.0 installed.
At our main domain when we have created a test certificate and enabled ssl (tried also master ssl domain).
The problem is that the page still sends the plesk certification.

we have also tried to create the same certificate at the administrator panel and made it default for websites but still the same issue.

At the administrator's panel it shows that the parallels certificate is used by 1 application and the test certificate by none.

The tooltip of "Make default for websites" sais that "...to newly websites". Is it possible that the certification is not used because the site is older than the certification?

any ideas?

as per my understanding, one need dedicated IP to assign SSL certificate. It won't work for shared ip. Find below discuss for more information.
