ssl connection lockout, need help

hello all ,
the other day i installed an ssl to the incorrect place ,
placed a website cert
in place of server cert, well the issue is that i can not gain access to my server now to rectify the issue
i am locked out, i need help as i don't know how to regain access after a lock out due to unsecure connection
Secure connection: fatal error
i have multiple sites on server and maintain myself, but until now no problems,
now major issue with connection,
also i need to reapply the plesk licence as its now not showing also, i have download the licence key to install back,
but i don't know how to regain access this is a major disaster, and any productive help will do as i don't know plesk too well,
am still learning system as i mainly us whmcs.
finding it every differcult to get any help with this matter, and now i need some been working on it now for 2 days and

It seems to me that my only solution will be to us the cli and reinstall the licence and ssh.
I hope that will fix my issue.

This is for a linux system and not windows.running on server , not desktop.
if it was running on my desktop then i'd have completed it by now.
