SSL Key and request don't match purchased SSL through Parallels.

Bought SSL for client through her control panel which sends me to hostways.parallel.marketplace to purchase cert. Do all that is necessary, get an Ssl cert from rapidssl. try to install it but says Keys and request do not match the purchased ssl. The Key and request was generated by the panel during the request but in my account on parallels marketplace it is different so--they don't match- install fails. Since the panel does not allow a copy and paste into the Private Key and CSR areas how do I change it to match the one in my parallels account that is tied to the purchased SSL?
