• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue SSL Mail Server & MailEnable

Shivam Paw

New Pleskian
Hi,

I can't seem to find what I need to do to get our MailEnable mailserver running with SSL & LetsEncrypt.

Right now I just use mail.domainX.tld for the host in client settings and connect without SSL/TLS.

There are multiple domains on the site which is important. I would like to just get them all working with SSL via the server hostname: server.domainY.com

server.domainY.com has a cloudflare SSL certificate installed and also letsencrypt cert installed.

However, if I try to add a mail user to my iPhone, it won't connect via SSL and asks me if I want to connect without SSL.

Any ideas how I can get this working?

Thanks
