SSO server URL

Hello,

Installed the 4.5 Sitebuilder over the weekend and am trying to get SSO configured and set up.

Using the /usr/local/psa/bin/sso --set-prefs -server https://myipinfo:11443 I get a:

Can not request registration in Identity Provider: 111:Connection refused

Our server is not blocking this port so I am at a loss why the connection is being refused.

Any ideas?
