Standalone Web Presence Builder 11.5 FTP Password to cPanel Server Wrong

I am running WPB 11.5 and I have a cPanel customer when he tries to create sites is getting failed FTP logins when he goes to publish his site.

The site cannot be published to the specified location.
Cannot publish to the specified host via ftp. Authorization failed.

Supposedly this issue does not exist in 11.5. http://kb.odin.com/en/116453

I have another cPanel server also setup to use the standalone WPB and it doesn't seem to have issues on another account at least. Is there a way to resync the password in cpanel with the WPB standalone server? I have had him remove all his sites and then start over thinking this would do it but the issue continues.
