Issue Statistics and Usage Manager can't be installed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.31 after payment 246125175

I use Plesk Obsidian 18.0.31
and i have just paid for the extension

Statistics and Usage Manager​

The problem is that the extension can't be installed
Each time i launch the installation (or Retrieve Keys), i have this sentence
Permission Denied
AND WHEN I CLICK ON "OPEN" IN PLESK
i have this sentence
You don't have a valid license. You can buy one at Plesk store
whereas i have this sentence
Additional license key for the Statistics and Usage Manager (Monthly Lease) application with number EXT.07040229.0001 has been provisioned.
How can i do ?
