Statistics fail to update !

Hello everyone,
I have already tried to use the updated statistics.exe and got no result.
I have run statistics.exe manually.
If I run the exe only for http it works. But when I try to run it for ftp I get the following error:
<%plesk_bin%>statistics.exe --ftp-web-statistics
Execute ftpmng --get-log-directory --ip-address=some_ip_address failed: The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \
\.\pipe\PSA_pipe {110D2F0F-F073-4021-AB73-C7886FB9BD1E}

any help please.

This looks like Plesk Management service is down.
