statistics problem

Only with one domain name, I am not able to see the statistics.

Whn I try to see the webstats in Plesk, here is the message

Hello,

You need to check 2 things.

The first one is : protect URL

You have to assure that there is username and password for that directory under protected URL (in case that under setup icon of that domain name you have choose to protect statistics directory with password).

The other case which can lead for such behavior is NTFS permission.
in case there are not satisfied NTFS permission then you will not be able to see the content of statistics.
