statistics

in the normal plesk send the full report to me about client creation, limit exceed.. every day. but since 15 april there is a problem about statistics. statistics.exe always running but dont send any mail. if i stop the statistics.exe from task manager system send the error mail. i think there is a problem so statistics.exe cant finish its job and cant send any report mail. can anybody help me please?

check if statistics is actually doing anything or it is hanging

you can check in task manager if statistics.exe uses CPU and also monitor if it parses logs via filemon utility (set statistics.exe filter)

yes it is using cpu. it is running but never finish its job.
