Stats 101 - AWstats help needed

Seems I set up AWstats for a client account in Plesk, but when I try to access them through Pleask it asks me for the username and password - I didn't know I set up a password.... soooo how can I -

Get the password sent to me?
Change the AWstats password?
Change the stats package?
Is there a direct URL to view the stats?
