Stats not updating

My stats are not updating anymore.
I think because pipelog is enabled.

I have googled an found this kb:

Can i use this KB on plesk 11?

I tryed all KB what i found.
I have enable pipelog on the plesk 11 after that the stats are not updating anymore.

Can you tell me how to fix this problem?
