Resolved Stop error log getting too big

GeneralTomfoolery

New Pleskian
Hi folks, low level question for you...

My error log file is huge, nearly 1/2gb! How do I make Plesk archive smaller files when it gets to a certain size to keep it manageable? I think my server used to do this but I must have broken it a while back.

I'm using Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11

I'm don't know an amazing amount about servers so please be gentle in your response.

Thank you, I followed the instructions to manage the log files and it was already set up to rotate so I've given up on that idea.
Do you know how to empty the log file? I'm scared to delete it!
