• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Stop Plesk from trying to send an email locally???

Hi,

We have a windows plesk server, and mail for the domains is hosted elsewhere.

The problem we have is anytime the server tries to send an email to <whatever>@<domain.com> the email bounces as the email is not set up on the server.

We need to tell the sever that all email for <domain.com> should be sent externally and not internally.

We will have accounts on the server that will have pop3 accounts set up on the server so can not disbale all together - but we need to disable for 1 or 2 accounts.

Any idea how we can achieve this?

Many thanks.
