Strange databases visable for all users

If users log in to a seperate phpmyadmin instance (not using the Plesk interface) all users see 2 mySQL databases which are not assigned to the user and of course the databases which they added themselves.
1 database is called: test and the other is called information_schema

The "test" database is completely empty bu the "information_schema" database is filled with tables but no data, the users can edit, change or remove these databases if they like.

I already added a user tho the information_schema database but still all users can view this database.

Could someone explain to me what this database does and where it comes from?
And of course I would like to know how to make is disappear for all users, I do not dare too delete it because I have no idea what it is for.

Could someone please verify if this database is used by PSA or not?
(I run PSA on MySQL)
