Strange Missing File

Today when I got to work all my domains stopped working because of an ASAPI file C:\SWSoft\Plesk\isapi\urlprotect.dll went missing. I got the important stuff working by removing this file from the IIS ISAPI files.

I have 2 questions:

1) How do I get this file back?
2) Why did it go missing?
