Strange SiteBuilder Installation

Something is very wrong with my installation.
I have Plesk 7.0.3 on win2k3 machine.

So I did this steps :

Got to : http://www.sw-soft.com/en/download/sitebuilder/win/
downloaded the file : http://download1.swsoft.com/SiteBuilder/Windows/wsb-1.2.0-w2k3-build051031.14.msi

I runned the msi file on my server.
The installation went ok and the last screen I saw was telling me that i have to login to the admin section with the link : http://localhost:5053/admin_login.exe (????)
using login : root
password: sitebuilder.

( even checked the release notes from the website : http://download1.swsoft.com/SiteBuilder/Windows/wsb-1.2.0-w2k3-build051031.14.txt)
and they say:
3. Use the following URLs to access SiteBuilder Administrator panel:
http://machine.domain.name:5053/admin_login.exe or
http://IP-Address:5053/admin_login.exe
The default username is "root" and the default password is "sitebuilder".
Both are case sensitive. For security reasons this password should be
changed upon initial login.

What the problem is ?

1. the link doesnt open anything at all, even If I try localhost from inside the server of the ip from a remote server.
2.I did a windows search file for the files admin_login.exe and there was not any file with that name in the server.
3. the installation had put a shortcut on my desktop : "Login to SiteBuilder as User" with the link: http://localhost:5053/login.exe
I did a search about login.exe file , didnt find anything.

So whats wrong with sitebuilder????????

P.S.
The notice in the download page says : SiteBuilder for Windows is offered as a FREE, multi-server distribution supporting unlimited sites. Download SiteBuilder for Windows and use the software FREE of charge until September 2006.
