• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Strange Woocommerce error on second purchase only.

Daryl Martens

New Pleskian
I'm have a really strange problem.

Using the woocommerce plugin in Wordpress
The first item checks out no problem.
When you go back and purchase the item a second time you get a Gateway Error.

I've turned off all the plugins, reinstalled woocommerce.
I tried this but all it did was increase the time to the error.

The strange thing is it happens only AFTER there has been a successful purchase.
You can see here. I made a test product with a $0 price.

Any ideas?

Thanks Daryl

Well there are a lot of possabillitys which can cause this issue,
therefore you also should check the /var/log/nginx/error.log and /var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/logs/proxy_error_log for detailed error message and which gateway error code. Helpfull is also when you provide OS & plesk version you have and how you have set up your Domain with apache & nginx....

BTW I was able to add several items without any error as you can see in the screenshot there are 3 items...
