Stuck email

I have log in my mail server via SSH & run the command

/var/qmail/bin/qmail-qread

There are 3 emails that are stuck on the server & have been there for 6 days now. I am receiving other emails without any problem.

Is there anyway of pushing the stuck email through? One of the emails is important so I need to keep it if possible.

Download and install qmHandle, it can help with emails stuck in the queue.
