Stuck on "Receiving data from the server"

I was delighted to see on the new iPad update (Aug 2013) that I could try out Plesk Manager on iOS for a limited time. However, I can't get past the screen "Receiving data from server..."

The mobile component seems to have installed fine.

I've deleted the app and reinstalled.

I've also tried both the IP address and the full URL to my VPS.

The iPhone connects fine. It's just the iPad having this issue.

Please help

Could you check the connection between your iPad and you Plesk server: try to open Panel in Safari using https://<your domain>:8443
