Styles problem

Hi,
I have spotted a problem with site publication.
When publishing site with shopping cart module, Sitebuilder does not publish resources/css/styles.css file, although referenced in html code.
There are some crucial styles there, as table borders and so, mossing in published site.
This happens with business-037 template, I did not checked the others.
Patch for this issue is needed.
