Sub Domain Dose Not Exist?

How can i config my domain to:
Is Sub Domain Exist?
if No Exist Redirect To another url

like:
http://NoExistSample.domain.com -> http://www.domain.com/NoExistSample/

Please Help Me!
My Plesk Panel is 9 and run on Windows Server

Plesk 9.5
Windows 2003

And No valid IP(dedicate)
