Sub-Domains Sharing one folder for SSL

I have been trying for days to figure out how to get one of my sub-domains to share the same folder for SSL content.

Instead of having content in:
httpdocs and httpsdocs

I just want to use one folder:
httpdocs

Let me first start by saying I do have regular domains on my server sharing one folder (httpdocs) for standard and SSL content. I achieved this by selecting the domain from Plesk and then clicking the "SET-UP" icon. Once I was onto the setup page, I ticked the box (Use a single directory for housing SSL and non-SSL content) The standard domains work great when I want them to share one folder.

Sub-Domains on the other hand.... I just can't figure it out.

When I setup the primary domain I ticked the box that allows the domain to share a single directory.

So when I recently created a subdomain, I purchased an SSL cert for it, added the SSL to Plesk and then configured my e-commerce store to use (Https:) during checkout.

When I tried doing a test transaction the cart changed to https: like it was supposed to but the page was was showing my place holder index.htm page stored in httpsdocs.

What can I do to make the sub-domain share the httpdocs with SSL content?
