Sub FTP accounts

Total noob to Plesk here I am used to Directadmin and Hsphere, I did not have any luck searching the forums.

How do I create sub ftp accounts? As in an ftp account that is limited to a directory I specify within a domain?

I searched the forum for "ftp sub accounts" and the second entry displayed was this one:

Wow I figured I was just missing something not that plesk did not even have sub ftp. Strange.
