Subdomain added in Plesk, hosting folder created but can't browse it.

Hello.

I create the subdomain s01.turkishny.com in plesk. It's getting created and I can see it under the subdomains list.
When I navigate to the root folder of the subdomain in ftp - it's created with all the files in it.
But when I navigate to the subdomain in browser - it says 'server not found'.

I waited 48 hours, I restarted apache, mysql and DNS service - didn't help.

Some logs:
Command - 'host s01.turkishny.com':
Host s01.turkishny.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

Command - 'turkishny.com has address 174.132.57.60':
turkishny.com mail is handled by 10 mail.turkishny.com.

Please help.

If you have correct corresponding DNS record for subdomain in domain's zone - issue can be related to your DNS servers. Check it from this side.

Could you please give me some more details? How to check it from this side? Cause I'm not expert in DNS server configuration... Thanks.

The subdomain has A-type DNS record with same IP as main domain - 174.132.57.60. I guess this is correct.
