Subdomain Shell Access

C

chrome

Guest
This is my first attempt at allowing a subdomain account to have shell access.

I have givin the domain shell access in the domain setup (to /bin/bash) but each time I try to connect using SSH, I am unable to.

Plesk 7.5.4 (up to date) on CentOS 4.2

Thank you very much for any input/help

How unable?

Does the server reject any incoming connections on SSH, or is it a wrong username/password - you must get some kind of error - or at least check your /var/log/auth.log to see if you get any information there?
