Subdomains/Directories Not working?

Basic Pleskian
A customer recently added a subdomain to there website and it seems its displaying the Apache HTTP Server Test Page. It's not reading from the directory at all. Is there a fix for this, is anyone else having this problem? How can I fix the issue.
