Subdomains lost after MU3

Does some one experience that his/her sub-domains are gone after the latest update of Plesk 11.0.9.
Only my APS installed software will runs at a sub-domain.

What do you mean exactly "sub-domains are gone"?

http://sub.domain.com are gone. I have no any sub-domains active after the update. Including the webmail directive.

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

When i use "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all", the problem has being solved.
