  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Subdomains no longer working after upgrade

I just did the latest upgrade from 7.5.2 to 7.5.3, and now any NEW subdomains that I add do NOT work (they redirect to the default pages).

Note that EXISTING subdomains still work! This is not a DNS propagation issue or anything along those lines. It appears that something is not being set to tell Apache to go to the right web directory when accessing a subdomain.

Help!

I'm having a similar problem with a subdomain.

I didn't upgrade from 7.5.2 but started out fresh with .3 on FC2.

The subdomain in question would work fine all the time, when suddenly it stopped working without any hint as to why.

Opening it in the browser shows just nothing. connection times out, yet the domain is set up correctly with my registrar including the correct settings for the subdomain.

thoughts?
